    About Pozzy Homes

    Warren Poznikoff (President, CEO & Founder)

     

    My journey began over a dozen years ago in the vibrant city of Kamloops, British Columbia. As a young carpenter, I found my passion for building and creating, transforming raw materials into beautiful, functional spaces. After completing my carpentry courses and earning my interprovincial certification at Thompson Rivers University (TRU), I was equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to embark on my professional career.

    During my time as a carpenter, I had the opportunity to work on a wide range of residential and commercial projects throughout Kamloops. From cozy family homes to bustling local businesses, each project presented its own unique challenges and rewards. I loved the satisfaction that came from seeing a project through from start to finish, turning a client’s vision into reality. Each nail driven and beam installed was not just a job completed; it was a piece of my heart and soul infused into the structure.

    As I honed my craft, I became increasingly aware of the gaps in the renovation market. Many homeowners were seeking a trustworthy company that not only provided quality workmanship but also offered personalized service and transparent communication. I realized that I could fill this void. I wanted to create a company that embodied my values—integrity, craftsmanship, and a genuine commitment to client satisfaction.

    Thus, Pozzy Homes LTD was born. Starting this renovation company was both thrilling and daunting. I poured everything I had into building my business, drawing on my years of experience and the relationships I had fostered within the community. My goal was simple: to provide high-quality renovations that enhanced the beauty and functionality of homes in Kamloops.
